Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are made to order and typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipment. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or sales events.

Shipping Times

We currently ship only within the United States.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–12 business days (processing + shipping)

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays or weather conditions).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Issues or Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. If it has been more than 12 business days since your order was placed, please contact us at support@driftails.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
